Cancellation, bans, and refunds or payment

I reserve the right to cancel at any time, for any reason. If cancelled, I will make a statement as to why. If you qualify for a refund, a refund will be issued.THE FOLLOWING WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF COMMISSION, AND A PERMANENT BAN FROM ALL FUTURE COMMISSIONS:Rude or abusive/toxic behaviours such as:
- racism
- homophobia
- pedophilia
- ableism
- bigoted speech in general
- refusing to accept my boundaries
- removing any watermarks/signatures
- taking credit for the creation of the artworkYou are eligible for a refund if you've paid with Paypal, and have a genuine reason for cancelling. I cannot guarantee a refund with other payment methods.
I will never refuse a refund for financial reasons.
Payments are in CAD. Because of this, I cannot accept payments from Cashapp or Venmo.

What I will and won't do when taking commissions

WILL
- most types of characters including those appearing in cartoons, television, or video games
- artistic liberty designs
- modified designs
- prints
- backgrounds/scenes
- banners and profile pictures for social media
- design characters for personal use
- some physical products (see later)WON'T
- NSFW (not safe for work) or any designs sexual in nature
- any design intended to be copyrighted, sold, or used in advertisements
- any design intended for mass production in any way
- excessive gore

General Policies

For physical products, the first price that must be paid is the cost of materials. This is non-refundable even if you are eligable for a refund.If you require to see a work in progress, you may pay half up front. HOWEVER. This means you cannot
- create your own lineart or artwork from the WIP
- heavily reference the WIP
- or claim the WIP as your own in any way/use it as "proof" you made the artwork in question.
This also means if you refuse to pay the rest, your commission will either not be given, or your rights to use it will be taken.If a project is put on hold or there are unexpected circumstances, I (the artist) must still be compensated. I may issue a small refund depending on the situation.I am a minor. If I feel unsafe in any way, I reserve the right to cancel with no notice and not issue a refund, as well as ban you from future commissions.
